Digital Elevation models are used for the generation of terrain models, slope maps, aspect maps and contours. These models have been generated using digital photo-grammetic soft copy systems and were originally developed to aid detection of salt affected areas in the South West of Western Australia. This data has an expected vertical accuracy of +/- 1.5 metres at the 90% confidence level when taken from the south-west agricultural areas. Where 5 metre contour information is used the accuracy is +/- 2.5 metres. Contact us for any special requirements or customised products you may require.
